Founder & CEO
Mark Goodman is the founder & CEO of BellCap. He has over 20 years’ experience in the Food sector where he worked as an executive with ABP Food Group.
Shane McMahon
CFO
Shane McMahon, CFO is a Chartered Accountant who worked in various roles with KPMG in Ireland and the USA, and more recently as Finance Manager with Spotless Group plc in Australia. Shane joined BellCap in 2021.
Brian O’Kelly
Chairman
Brian O’Kelly was appointed Chairman of Bell Cap in September. He was previously Co-Head of Investment Banking at Goodbody prior to which he was Managing Director of Goodbody Corporate Finance. He is currently Chairman of the asset management firm, Gresham House Ireland and is also Chairman of the Goodbody EIIS Fund. Brian was previously the Senior Independent Director at Irish Continental Group plc.
